RCC has over 25 years of experience in addressing the psycho-social needs of communities living through crisis. RCC provides several levels of services supporting the needs of communities (organizational, corporate, schools, etc.) experiencing critical incidents including 1) consultation, 2) on-site crisis response teams, and 3) training. On-site crisis response teams assist a local community to determine who is affected and plan how to provide support; brief "just-in-time-training" for community members who are responsible for supporting the well-being of the community after a crisis response team leaves; psycho-education sessions to educate community members about the impact of trauma and ways of coping and developing resilience; as well as providing direct services such as individual and group crisis intervention.
RCC has significant experience working with schools in the international community.
